Analysis of requirements
To assist in your needs, we first do a detailed Audit of your requirements, this will be in the form of a structured breakdown of how all the components will interact with each other and where they will fit into the bigger picture. This will help you to understand how everything will function together and give us a base to start development. This process is agreed upon and signed off before we commence the development.
Development Process
As a result of the audit, we do the programming of the software needed. Dependant on the complexity and functions required, we will supply you with a structured process and project plan, dating thecompleted phases for rollout. For peace of mind in the knowledge that all the criteria is taken care of, we first demonstrate the end of phases and have a sign-off, before commencing to the next phase of the project development. This process continues until final sign-off.
Training on software and loading to your system
As a result of the complexities to some systems, we have a training session with you to ensure that you understand the capabilities of the software and how you and authorised personnel can make use of its functions. Once you understand the software and we have ironed out any workflow process problems, we load it to your server (or if required, ours) and the site components are live.
